Mikhaila Fendor, MS
Mikhaila brings conflict resolution to the world of learning! She has been trained in mediation and conflict coaching both in San Francisco and New York City. Overall, she feels motivated to allow learners the opportunity to share their stories and perspectives to provide richer learning experiences for the group.
Bikbaye Inejnema is a cultural activist, sociologist, teacher, spiritual counselor and supports the work of several Homeless Services Providers across Los Angeles County. Bikbaye is also a Training Specialist with HHCLA, and has been working with this awesome organization since 2013.
Danny has provided training and skill-building activities for a range of provider groups nationally. He looks forward to the day when harm reduction is a broadly embraced practice, and finds great reward in the moments when when participants are energized by their own possibility.
Sarah Kimbrough, MSW
Sarah has been working in Social Services for 10 years in program development, community engagement and fundraising across various organizations in LA County. They found a passion in empowering and centering service providers knowledge and experience in training, and loves every single moment of it!
Veronica's years teaching young people gives her a fresh and creative approach to bringing important topics and concepts to adult learning! Her love for education and social justice is infectious.
Frank McAlpin, LCSW
Frank is a social worker and educator. Throughout his career Frank has worked with community-based agencies in New York, Chicago and LA, providing direct services and client support as well as program development and leadership.
